Nowadays, there is a lack of knowledge about the acceptance that technological services offered by Peruvian hotels can provide. The Unified Theory of Adoption and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) is an extension of the UTAUT, which has a high predictive power compared to other models of technological acceptance. The UTAUT2 is specifically oriented to measure the acceptance of consumer technologies. The objective of the present research is to identify the factors of a model that have a direct influence on the behaviour intention of use in the acceptance of the high speed Internet service in Peruvian hotels.
